Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Etanol berkapasitas 200.00 ton/tahun ini direncanakan didirikan tahun 2022 berlokasi di daerah Kawasan Industri Kendal, Jawa Tengah dengan luas area 8 Ha.Proses pembuatan Etanol mengacu pada patent US 8,927,780 B2Proses pembuatan Etanol ini menggunakan bahan baku asam asetat dan hidrogen dengan katalis Pt-Sn-Al2O3-SiO2 dengan konversi sebesar 88,09% asam asetat. Reaksi berlangsung pada suhu 253 oC dan tekanan 29 atm. Perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur utama. Sistem organisasi perusahaan adalah line and staff dengan total karyawan 198 orang. Hasil analisa ekonomi dari Pra Rencana Pabrik Pembuatan Etanol ini adalah sebagai berikut : a) Total Capital Investment = US $ 47,796,110.5818 b) Hasil penjualan per tahun = US $ 417,182,769.1946 c) Biaya produksi per tahun = US $ 370,728,997.4025 d) Laba bersih per tahun = US $ 38,750,919.7099 e) Pay Out time = 2 tahun f) Rate of return on investment = 72,8936 % g) Discounted Cash Flow –ROR = 80,97 % h) Break Even Point = 37,9149% i) Service Life = 11 tahun
