Abstract

The objectives of this research are, Describe the condition of rubber in Panca Desa Village since the Covid-19 pandemic, analyzing the welfare level of farmers after the decline in the selling price of rubber during the Covid-19 pandemic in Panca Village, Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency.assessing farmers' survival strategies after the decline in rubber selling prices during the Covid-19 pandemic in Panca Village, Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that:The Covid-19 pandemic caused the price of rubber to drop drastically so that some rubber farmers temporarily switched professions to become laborers and traders, the welfare level of rubber farmers in Panca Village, Air Kumbang Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency can be said to be not prosperous, which finds the Farmer's Household Income Exchange Rate (NTPRP) of 0.55, because if the NTPRP value is less than 1, it is said to be not prosperous, and based on the research results, the survival strategy that has the highest score is the indirect strategy, namely saving money for future needs.
