Abstract

The development of today's work grew rapidly with the presence of information technology, so the company should be more selective in choosing quality of employees. Certainly, in the selection of best employees was needed an effective for the progress of the company itself. Currently, at PT. Sumatera Prima Fibreboard in recruitment took a long time, because there was no special calculation recruitment. The calculations to determined the best employee was needed a well computerized system which will produce an accurate calculation using Fuzzy Simple Additive weighting method (Fuzzy SAW). Fuzzy method was used for quantitative analysis to the qualitative value in determining the criteria and processes performed by the method of ranking the SAW. The result of this research is the calculation of all applicants is calculated and ranked to get the decision of applicants with the results of Decisions Very Eligible (VE), Eligible (E), Not Eligible (NE) to employees.
