Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui difusi Inovasi aplikasi E-DEMPO yang ada di SAMSAT Wilayah III kota Palembang terhadap pengguna aplikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah didapatkan dilapangan, dapat disimpulkan hasil yang ditemukan dengan teori Difusi Inovasi oleh Everet M. Rogers dengan 4 elemen yaitu Inovasi, Saluran Komunikasi, Jangka Waktu dan Sistem Sosial yaitu menunjukkan bahwa proses adopsi aplikasi E-DEMPO kurang maksimal. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan wajib pajak yang membayarkan pajaknya di SAMSAT Wilayah III kota Palembang, hanya sebagian saja yang antusias dikarenakan masih banyak wajib pajak yang membayarkan pajaknya secara langsung ke kantor SAMSAT Wilayah III kota Palembang. Sehingga aplikasi E-DEMPO ini hanya diadopsi oleh beberapa wajib pajak saja yang memang mau dan antusias dengan adanya aplikasi E-DEMPO. Kata Kunci : Difusi Inovasi, Aplikasi E-DEMPO, SAMSAT Wilayah III kota Palembang.
