Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) was to measure the success of the Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Boarding School's Compost House Program based on the perceptions of program participants (2) analyzing the factors that influence the Composting House Program on the Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Boarding School in Indralaya, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research was conducted in Tanjung Lubuk Village, South Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Determination of the research location is done intentionally (purposive sampling location). This research data collection was carried out in August 2021. The data collected were primary data and secondary data. The research method used is the census method. Data processing methods used are class intervals and tabular descriptive. Total population 17 people and sample 17 people. The results of this study can be concluded that : (1) the perception of members of the compost house program about the success rate of program the compost house program is in the high criteria, with a figure of 37,35. This shows that according to the perception of members of the compost house program, it has a high success rate of program to be developed, taking into account the opportunities and influencing factors as well as the need for costs (2) as well as the factors that influence the compost house program consisting of internal factors and external factors, internal factors that affect the composting house program. affect the compost house program, namely, the attractiveness of members and a positive response to compost. And the external factors that affect the compost house program are the public's interest in using organic fertilizers, and the existence of a sustainable collaboration with PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang.
