Abstract

Land Acquisition Law No. 2 of 2012 as a legal basis for carrying out development activities that require land is expected to guarantee legal certainty in acquiring land and fulfilling a sense of justice for those affected by the release of land. Land acquisition is carried out by the National Land Agency, but in the procurement of land for the construction of the Kayuagung-Palembang-Betung toll road carried out by private companies. This study aims to analyze the stages of land procurement conducted by private parties and release the process of release of land rights implemented by private parties. Land procurement includes, planning, preparation, implementation and delivery of results. The forms of land compensation are in the form of money, replacement land, resettlement, share ownership and other forms that are approved by both parties.
