Abstract

The country as mentioned in the Agrarian Law has a right to control in the allotment regulation, utilization, supply and maintenance, to determine and regulate the relation between the people, and to regulate the relation of law between the people and legal action that involves earth, water, and space, in this case, it is called land. A Government Regulation No. 38 1963 about the Appointment of Corporation that has the ownership land caused closing the chance of other corporations to get the rights of the land in the status of ownership. In the article 27 a 2 UUPA as the basic from one of a solution to overcome the problem. That the rights of ownership will be deleted if the land falls into the country because the voluntary submission by the owner or it is called the disposal of rights as in the regulation of The Agrarian Minister Decision/National Head of Land Agency No. 21 1994. A thesis which is entitled “The Deed of Ownership Rights Disposal Which is Made in front of The Notary Related with The Building Use Rights for Legal Entity of a Limited Liability Company” to study how the notary roles in the disposal of rights activity to gain the rights of land for incorporated company, as for the law construction of the ownership rights disposal of land for incorporated company matter that is applied and expanded in the notary practice, and it is about giving the authority that is written in the Deed of rights Disposal which is made in front of the Notary.
