Abstract

The government establis hed the PDAM (Regional Company Drinking Water) to provide clean water to the structure of the organization is concentrated at the regional government. The n~tur~ and the purpose of the regional company drinkin g water is to provide services and dnnking water service to the whole community in a fair and evenly. As a result of an increas e in the number of popul ation , progress of technolog y and the improvement of the local economy a nd the more human activity that will have an impact on the increasing demand for clean water, while debit c ards raw water that processed PDAM always remains. Obstacles that owned the PDAM is currently a limited number of clean water sources in the production of the PDAM while cu stomer requests will be clean water always increased every month. Therefore needed a s ystem that can predict or forecast the us e of water in the future where thi s s ystem will be able to work with how to find the patterns of the data of the pas t. This sys tem u s ing the method of calculation of th e fu zzy time series. The results of the test of this syste1n is obtained that there are results of the comparison of forecasting, fuzzy method the team series with actual data results not far or can be s aid to be accurate with the results ofMAPE 2,286% (much of data is very influence the outcome of the MSE970.086 MAPE), and the res ults of forecasting, for the future or l January 2017 of 36655 M3 .
