Abstract

Penelitian ini di lakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihan plyomctrik naik turun bangku terhadap hasil lompat jauh. Dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian randomized control group pre-test dan P Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 orang siswa putra Sekolah Dasar Negeri 87 Palembang, Yang di bagi menjadi dua kelompok dengan oridimd pairing. Masing-masing kelompok 30 siswa yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang di hm pfiriafaaan la&m naik turun bangku, dan 30 orang siswa sebagai kstesapok k©Kt?s>l tidak di ben perlakuan. Latihan untuk kebrapok ekspssimm di berikan selaitia 6 minggu atau 18 kali p&tenwm, Latihan di fcsrikaa 3 kali seminggu dengan melakukan latihan naik Sursas bangku setinggi 3£M® css Data yang S. peroleh di analisis dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan iest (pre-test) dan tesi akhir (post-test), Uji statistic yang di gunakan untuk menganalisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di dapatkan hasil uji t menunjuk kan t hipotesis Ho dan terima Ha artinya ada pengaruh latihan plyometrik naik turun bangku terhadap hasil lotnpat jauh pada siswa putra SD Negeri 87 Palembang. Kata kunci: Latihan Plyometrik Naik Turun Bangku, Lompat Jauh.
