Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between rainfall and soil moisture data in the in-situ Sensory data transmission Service Assisted by Midori Engineering laboratory (SESAME) and analyze the correlation value of soil moisture data from Weather Research and Forcasting (WRF) data and measurement results in-situSESAME . This research was conducted in the unit of the hydrological peat of Sungai Lumpur and Sungai Saleh. The SESAME data that was used is July 1st, 2017 to November 30th, 2018 and for WRF data that was used is from August 1st, 2018 to August 31st, 2018. The analysis is performed on the correlation coefficient value (r) and the error standard value obtained. Calculation of standard error values is done by using three methods of analysis namely Mean bias error (MBE), Root mean square error (RMSE) and Mean absolute error (MAE). From this study it can be concluded that there is a correlation between rainfall and soil moisture of SESAME data even though the significance is low.
