Abstract

During the Corona Virus Disease 19 (Covid-19) pandemic, organizations must have a strategy or method to maintain the performance of their employees because each individual's work completion is different, and requires many employees to work from home or WFH (Work From Home). A performance is needed as a driver to realize a certain behavior to achieve goals in self-satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to analyze the performance of employees during the corona virus disease 19 (covid-19) period at PT. Indonesian Railways Division III Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of employees of PT. Indonesian Railways Divre III Palembang during the covid-19 pandemic using performance theory according to TR Mitchell with five dimensional indicators, namely, quality of work, punctuality, initiative, ability. This research method uses descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires / questionnaires distributed to all employees PT. Indonesian Railways Division III Palembang. The number of samples used in this study were 68 respondents with details per unit 11-12 people. Furthermore, the validity of the data was tested with validity and reliability tests, then, the data analysis technique used descriptive percentage analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the analysis of employee performance during the corona virus disease 19 (covid-19) period wasPT. The Indonesian Railways Division III Palembang was 84.26% in the very good category. From the dimensions of work quality, 89.23% in the very good category, timeliness of 90.17% in the very good category, initiative by 83.42% in the very good category, ability by 74.10% in the good category, and communication scores of 84.70% in the very good category.
