Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh alternatif terbaik menggunakan model Productivity Evaluation Tree (PET) dalam perencanaan produktivitas gula pada PTPN VII Cinta Manis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pabrik Gula PTPN VII Cinta Manis Desa Ketiau, Kecamatan Tanjung Batu, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2005. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Kapasitas terpasang Pabrik Gula Cinta Manis adalah 5000 ton tebu per hari pada tahun 2004, dengan produksi optimum 800.000 ton tebu. Berdasarkan data perusahaan tahun 2004 di dapat bahwa nilai input sebesar Rp. 134.964.47.1.923,00 dan nilai output sebesar Rp. 173.817.850.050,00. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan model Productivity Evaluation Tree (PET) terhadap ketujuh alternatif maka diperoleh alternatif ke-4 sebagai alternatif terbaik untuk dilaksanakan pada tahun 2005. Dari hasil perhitungan, alternatif ke-4 memperoleh tingkat produktivitas sebesar 1,416. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produktivitas akan meningkat pada tahun 2005. Tingkat produktivitas meningkat dari 1,288 pada tahun 2004 menjadi 1,416 pada tahun 2005. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, alternatif ke-4 memperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp. 191.090.712.628,00. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan akan meningkat pada tahun 2005. Penerimaan meningkat dari Rp. 173.817.850.050,00 pada tahun 2004 menjadi Rp. 191.090.712.628,00 pada tahun 2005.
