Abstract
Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that combines 3D virtual objects with the real world using a specific program. Direct Interaction Users with Augmented Reality are rarely found in AR applications, even if they have to use tools that are not cheap like Globe AR and leap motion. This study aims to enable users to interact directly with markless Augmented Reality objects by hand. This research consists of several stages such as skin color detection using YCrCb method, finger gesture processing using convexcity hull defect, euclidean distance, and COG method, user interaction with AR object can be done. The results of this study obtained results if the Ar object can interact directly using the hands smoothly, the level of system accuracy depends on light conditions and background.
