Abstract

Pabrik Melamin direncanakan berlokasi di daerah Kawasan Industri Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Pabrik ini meliputi area seluas 6 Ha dengan kapasitas 25.000 ton per tahun. Proses pembuatan Melamin dilakukan dengan proses bertekanan tinggi dan temperture tinggi tanpa katalis di dalam Reaktor-01 (R-01) dengan tipe Multitubular Tube Reactor pada temperatur 188oC dengan tekanan 180 bar pada fase gas dan pada Reaktor-02 (R-02) dengan tipe CSTR pada temperatur 210oC dengan tekanan 110 bar pada fase aquos. Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan 189 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, maka Pabrik Melamin ini dinyatakan layak didirikan : a. Annual Cash Flow = US $ 13.770.035,10 b. Hasil penjualan per tahun = US $ 97.489.030,84 c. Biaya produksi per tahun = US $ 80.837.470,71 d. Pay out time = 1,62 tahun e. Rate of return on investment = 75,39% f. Break evenpoint = 36,88 % g. Service life = 11 tahun
