Abstract

The purpouse of this study was to analyze the efficiency of working capital on pharmateucal company`s listen at Indonesia stock Excanghe, the efficiency of working capital based on the ratio of acivity seen from the cash turnover, inventory and workmg capital, efficiency working capital based on the liquidity ratio seeen from the current ratio and quick ratio. The data which were used in this research was secondary data that obtained through the company`s financial statement. The population of this research were 10 firms pharmateucal. the sample of this research was selecting by purposive samping of 10 firms pharmuteucal, 7 were selected as sample, the analysis technique use was descriptive analysis. The result of the research showed that the use of working capital based on the ratio of activities (cash turnover inventory turnover, working capital turnover) tend to fluctuate and not efficient, tire use of working capital companies based on liquidity ratios have not been efficient, because there are still pharmaceutical sub-sector compames that have the level of current ratio and quick ratio below the standard figure, which means that the company`s current assets have not been able lo guarantee current debt payable by the company at maturity.
