Abstract

Anemia pada remaja putri sampai saat ini masih cukup tinggi. Jika mayoritas remaja putri menderita anemia, lebih mudah terkena penyakit, menurunkan aktivitas remaja, prestasi belajar serta menurunkan kebugaran remaja, berpengaruh besar pada saat kehamilan dan persalinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Upaya Menurunkan Kejadian Anemia Pada Remaja Melalui Program Peduli Kesehatan Remaja (PKPR) Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tebat Agung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam pemilihan 8 informan yaitu 1 orang informan kunci, 2 orang informan kunci ahli, dan 8 orang informan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan peduli remaja belum optimal. Dari faktor input didapatkan bahwa petugas Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja belum mendapatkan pelatihan, tidak ada alokasi dana, dan tidak terdapat Standar Operasional Prosedur Poli Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja, Dari faktor proses didapatkan bahwa pelayanan Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja belum terjamah seperti tidak terdapat penyuluhan yang diberikan di luar gedung sekolah dan mendapatkan konseling secara merata, pelatihan konselor sebaya, selain itu advokasi yang dilakukan belum melibatkan remaja dan orang tua dan media penyuluhan yang masih kurang, adapun dari sisi output bahwa pendistribusian dilakukan secara sekaligus diserahkan oleh pihak sekolah dan tidak melakukan pemantauan secara berkala. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan peduli remaja belum optimal karena masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. Saran pada penelitian adalah perlunya pemantauan manajemen kesehatan puskesmas dari aspek input, proses, dan output sehingga keberhasilan program pencegahan dan penanggulangan anemia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tebat Agung dapat berjalan dengan baik dan mencapai tujuan dari program yang diinginkan. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Efforts to Reduce the Incidence of Anemia in Adolescents through the Adolescent Health Care Program (PKPR) in the Work Area of the Tebat Agung Health Center. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using purposive sampling method in selecting 8 informants, namely 1 key informant, 2 expert key informants, and 8 informants. The results showed that the implementation of adolescent care health services was not optimal. From the input factor, it was found that the Adolescent Care Health Service officers had not received training, there was no allocation of funds, and there was no Standard Operating Procedure for the Adolescent Care Health Service Poly. outside the school building and get counseling evenly, peer counselor training, besides that the advocacy has not involved teenagers and parents and the extension media is still lacking, as for the output side that the distribution is carried out simultaneously by the school and does not carry out regular monitoring . The conclusion of the study is that the implementation of adolescent care health services is not optimal because there are still several obstacles in its implementation. Suggestions for the research are the need for monitoring the health management of the puskesmas from the input, process, and output aspects so that the success of the anemia prevention and control program in the working area of the Tebat Agung Public Health Center can run well and achieve the desired program goals.
