Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan gerakan smes sepak takraw melalui metode latihan split pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 85 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hubungan antara X (Split) dan Y (smes). Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 85 Palembang beijumlah 32 siswa. Penelitian berlangsung dari 26 Maret 2010 sampai dengan 26 Mei 2010 di SD Negeri 85 Palembang. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah pengukuran tes split dan smes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan split dan smes dapat meningkatkan hasil Uji t 32= 0,00653 sedangkan Uji t 30= -7,5 sehingga ada hubungan dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar smes sepak takraw pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 85 Palembang. Kata Kunci : Split, Ketepatan Smes
