Abstract

This research is entitled " Evaluation Service Program of Eazy Passport Class I Immigration Office at the Palembang Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) during the Covid-19 Pandemic". The background of this research is that there are differences in terms and conditions in reality, the goals of the program to increase the number of passport requests, but in reality it has not been able to increase the number of passport, the bad network has an impact on hampered service, and the lack of socialization. This study uses a qualitative method. This study uses the theory of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) by Stufflebeam which is analysed in four evaluation dimensions. Context dimensions which consists of the background and objectives of the service program. input dimensions which consists of human resources, facilities and infrastructure and funds, the process dimensions which consists of socialization, procedures, and implementation of the service program, and product dimensions which consists of the success and impact of the program. From the results of the research, it is concluded that the evaluation Service Program of Eazy Passport Class I Immigration Office at the Palembang Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) Palembang During the Covid-19 Pandemic, on the context dimensions, background and objectives went well, evaluation of human resource input, facilities infrastructure and funds went good but not optimal, process evaluation went good but not optimal, and evaluation results went well. The results of this study recommend that the Immigration Office Class I Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) Palembang, to training Eazy Passport's officers, coordinate with the person in charge to help convey the terms and conditions to service users, use a camera tripod to take a picture of the service user, and it is necessary to make a clear and detailed written in SOP document to provide smoothness and clarity in the implementation of the Eazy Passport.
