Abstract

Pabrik T-Butanol direncanakan berlokasi di jalan Raya Anyer Sirih, Kelurahan Gunungsugih Kecamatan Ciwandan Kota Cilegon Provinsi Banten, Indonesia. Pabrik ini meliputi area seluas 8 Ha dengan kapasitas 70.000 ton per tahun. Proses pembuatan T-Butanol melalui proses Hidrating and Dimerizing yang berlangsung di Reaktor-01 (R-01) pada temperatur 150oC dan tekanan 70 bar dengan reaksi sebagai berikut : C4H8 + H2O → C4H9OH Isobutena Air T-Butanol Proses pembuatan T-Butanol menghasilkan reaksi samping berupa DIB. Reaksi yang berlangsung adalah sebagai berikut : C4H8 → C8H16 Isobutena DIB Pabrik T-Butanol merupakan perusahaan yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff. Pabrik T-Butanol dipimpin oleh seorang dewan komisaris dengan jumlah karyawan 180 orang. Berdasarkan analisa ekonomi Pabrik Pembuatan T-Butanol ini dinyatakan layak didirikan dngan analisa ekonomi sebagai berikut : 1) Biaya Produksi (TPC) : US $ 72.586.369,37 2) Hasil Penjualan (SP) : US $ 130.561.504,58 3) Annual Cash Flow (ACF) : US $ 34.362.306,59 4) Pay Out Time (POT) : 1,41 Tahun 5) Rate of Return Investment (ROR) : 74,46 % 6) Discounted cash flow – ROR : 70,19 % 7) Break Even Point (BEP) : 33,23 % 8) Service Life : 10 Tahun
