Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan asam asetat dengan kapasitas 86.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri tahun 2023 berlokasi di daerah Bontang, Kalimantan Timur dengan luas area 6 ha. Proses pembuatan asam asetat mengacu pada US Patent No. 2018/0009732 A1. Reaksi berlangsung pada reaktor bubble column menggunakan katalis rhodium pada temperatur 210oC dan tekanan 15 atm. Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan perseroan terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh Direktur Utama dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 136 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, pabrik asam asetat ini layak didirikan dengan perincian sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment = US $ 30,535,984.55 • Selling Price per Year = US $ 94,600,000.00 • Total Production Cost = US $ 58,270,978.62 • Annual Cash Flow = US $ 29,520,308.88 • Pay Out time = 1,17 tahun • Rate of Return = 89,23 % • Discounted Cash Flow = 93,26 % • Break Even Point = 27,85 % • Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci : Asam Asetat, Analisa Ekonomi, Pabrik, Spesifikasi Peralatan Kepustakaan : 35 (1965-2018)
