Abstract

So far, the incoming mail management procedure applied to RST Dr. NOESMIR BATURAJA currently manually by administrative staff is an obstacle in the disposition of letters, where letters that require disposition often require time to get disposition due to the absence of leadership in the office which results in increased time to get a reply from the leadership in the contents of the letter in question. Therefore, an application is needed to help facilitate the placement of the letter, a web-based application. The method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Water Fall method where there are several stages that can be used to build an application to be made, namely a web-based letter disposition application that is useful for effective mail administration and efficient.
