Abstract
This study aims to prove the effect of the Creative Problem Solving learning model on student learning outcomes in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Kayuagung. This research is a type of experimental research with a Pre-Experimental Design in the form of One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study was all class XI IIS SMA Negeri 1 Kayuagung and the samples in this study were students of class XI IIS 1, totaling 35 students. The sampling technique used was the Clustur Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in the form of tests and observations. The test data analysis technique was obtained from the pretest and posttest given to students before and after being treated with the Creative Problem Solving learning model, and observational data analysis was obtained from observations when applying the Creative Problem Solving learning model. The hypothesis uses parametric statistics, namely the t-test, namely the sampling-related t-test, obtained t_count> t_table, namely 9.907> 1.995, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Creative Problem Solving learning model on student learning outcomes in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Kayuagung. It is recommended to make problems that are more interesting and directly related to events related to the concept of learning.
