Abstract

PT Triaryani is located in North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatera Province. PT Triaryani has a mining business permit area of 2143 hectares. Coal production at PT Triaryani as of October 2021 is 1.142.859 tons. PT Triaryani plans to increase the production target in 2022 and beyond. So it is necessary to plan for the design and scheduling of new mining to achieve production targets. This research aims to plan mining sequences which include pit and disposal designs, capabilities and requirements for digging and loading equipment, as well as mining scheduling plans. The research was conducted by direct observation to the field, secondary data collection, and data processing to produce a mining sequence design. In this research, data processing was carried out using the Minescape 5.7, ArcGis 10.8, Spry 5.0 and Microsoft Excel 2019 software applications. The stages in this research began with the calculation of reserves in the Minescape 5.7 software and forecast calculations where the results of the calculation of reserves and forecasts were will be imported into Spry 5.0 software for scheduling. Then the output of Spry 5.0 in the form of bench contours will be the basis for making pit and disposal designs in Minescape 5.7 software by taking into account the geotechnical recommendations set. Then the design results will be plotted using ArcGis 10.8 software so that a mining sequence design is obtained for 3 years. The results of this research were obtained plans for the capabilities and needs of digging tools using backhoe Excavator Komatsu PC 2000, PC 1250, Caterpillar 330, Hitachi EX-2500. So that the planned overburden and coal getting stripping production results for 2022 are 3.103.305 bcm and 1.551.653 tons of coal, in 2023 it will be 20.235.917 bcm and 3.656.213 tons of coal, in 2024 it will be 22.719.451 bcm and 6.957.060 tons of coal, which production results can support production targets and can be used as company references.
