Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran quality of life terhadap sense of coherence pada perawat di pelayanan COVID-19. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada peran quality of life terhadap sense of coherence. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah 102 perawat rumah sakit yang bekerja di bagian pelayanan COVID-19. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik puposive sampling. Peneliti menggunakan dua skala sebagai alat ukur, yaitu skala sense of coherence dari Antonovky (1996) dan skala quality of life dari WHOQOL (2012). Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil dari pengujian mendapatkan nilai R square = 0,166, F = 20,576, p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian diterima, yaitu ada peran quality of life terhadap sense of coherence yang signifikan. Kontribusi quality of life terhadap sense of coherence ada;ah sebesar 16,6%.
