Abstract
This study aims to determine how the National Public Service Complaint Management System at the Office of Communication, Information, Statistics and Encoding, Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method which aims to explain the object under study. The type of data used is qualitative data and primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of management information systems from Raymond MC Leod which consists of the dimensions of input, process and output. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the National Public Service Complaint Management System at the Office of Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Encoding, Ogan Ilir Regency has not fully run optimally and effectively. The input dimensions which consist of human resources, budget and infrastructure have not been maximized. Meanwhile, the process dimension, which consists of the implementation process of the national public service complaint management system, is quite good, but the socialization process has not been maximized. Finally, for the output dimension, it consists of indicators of achieving goals, which can be said that the achievement of the objectives of the national public service complaint management system has been quite achieved, namely the level of complaint settlement in 2018, 2019 and 2020 is quite high and good. Suggestions from this research are the Office of Communication, Informatics, Statistics and Encoding of Ogan Ilir Regency submit an application letter to the Regent or the Central Government to increase the SP4N implementation budget in Ogan Ilir Regency in accordance with the mechanisms and procedures in the laws and regulations and provide strict sanctions to Regional Apparatus who are still slow in following up on complaints.
