Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Hubungan Daya Ledak Otot Lengan, Kelentukan Otot Punggung dan Kekuatan Otot Perut Terhadap Hasil Lempar Lembing Siswa Putra Kelas VIII SMP N 9 Palembang. Dalam Penelitian ini yang menjadi batasan permasalahan adalah “ Hubungan Daya Ledak Otot Lengan, Kelentukan Otot Punggung dan Kekuatan Otot Perut Terhadap Hasil Lempar Lembing Siswa Putra Kelas VIII SMP N 9 Palembang”. Metode Yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik regresi, sebelum data dianalisis regresi, terlebih dahulu data di uji dengan uji persyaratan analisis data dengan uji normalitas data, uji linearitas data dan uji multikolinearitas. Hasil Penelitian, didapat nilai F hitung sebesar (143,56) > Nilai F tabel (2,71) dengan tarafsignifikansi 5 % pada regresi ganda. Pada uji normalitas di dapat nilai kemiringan kurva untuk masing - masing variabel, Xi, X2, X3 dan Y adalah (0,772, 0,107, -0,414, dan 0,009) yang masih terletak antara -1 dan + 1 sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa data tersebut berdistribusi normal. Pada uji linearitas diperoleh F hitung masing - masing variabel bebas lebih kecil dari pada F tabel yang berarti semua data linear. Pada Uji multikolinearitas hasil perhitungan korelasi semua variable tidak ada yang lebih dari (1) yang berarti tidak terjadi multikolinearitas. Begitu juga uji validitas, tidak ada data yang kurang dari 0,3 yang berarti semua instrument valid. Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas dapat di simpulkan bahwa, terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan secara bersama-sama antara daya ledak otot lengan, kelentukan otot punggung dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap hasil lempar lembing gaya Amerika. Kata Kunci: Daya Ledak Otot Lengan, Kelentukan Otot Punggung, kekuatan Otot Perut, Lempar Lembing.
