Abstract
This study aims to determine how the students' perceptions of the implementation of extracurricular activities at MAN 1 Banyuasin. Perception is a process that involves the entry of messages or information into the human brain. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative using a survey model. The population of this study is all students who take extracurricular activities at MAN 1 Banyuasin, totaling 66 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling, that is, all members of the population are used as research samples. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and analyzed using the percentage formula. From the results of the study it can be concluded that 1) Students' perceptions of the implementation of extracurricular activities at MAN 1 Banyuasin, the majority of respondents answered strongly agree. This indicates that the implementation of extracurricular has been going well. well, this is evidenced from the results of the respondents' questionnaire answers of 78.3% who stated it was good, while the remaining 21.7% answered not good, 2) There are several indicators that need to be considered, especially in the aspect of facilities where the implementation of extracurricular needs to be supported by several facilities that sufficient to produce a proud achievement.
