Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Program Kartu Prakerja Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Sosial di Tengah COVID-19 Bagi Masyarakat di Kelurahan Kedondong Raye Kecamatan Banyuasin III. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 orang dengan menggunakan metode/teknik sensus yang merupakan teknik penentuan sampel bila semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Kartu Prakerja memberikan efektif terhadap kesejahteraan sosial di tengah COVID-19 dengan kriteria efektif dari segi ketepatan sasaran program, sosialisasi program, pemantauan program dan tujuan program. Namun pemerintah diharapkan dapat membuka gelombang program Kartu Prakerja berikutnya agar masyarakat dapat menerima manfaat dari adanya program Kartu Prakerja
