Abstract
The aim of this research are To determine the effect of working capital management (efficiency of cash , accounts receivable and inventory) to profitability Sub Sector Food and Beverage listed on Stock Exchange, To determine the effect of efficiency cash to profitability Sub Sector Food and Drinks listed on the Stock Exchange, To determine the effect of efficiency account receivables to profitability Sub Sector Food and Beverage listed on the Stock Exchange, To determine the effect of efficiency inventory to profitability Sub Sector Food and Beverage listed on the Stock Exchange. There are three Variables which became independent variables in this research; Efficiency Cash ( X1) , Efficiency Account Receivable (X2), Efficiency Inventory (X3) and the dependent variable is profitability, represented by symbol Y. From observation data, there are 13 businessmen Food and Beverage listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. The result of Eviews analysis shows the value of Cash (X1) is positive effect (coefficient = 8.18) to Investment Value (Y) with P-value 0.111101, meaning that 1% increase in the cash value will increasing investments 8.18%. Similarly, the value of inventory (X3) is positive (coefficient = 0.000196) to Investment Value (Y) with P-value 0.319784, meaning that 1% in inventory will increasing investments 0.0196%. The value of account receivables (X2) is negative effect (coefficient = -0.000306) to Investment Value (Y) with P-value -0.622683, meaning that 1% decrease would reduce 0.0306 % of Capital Investments . The magnitude effect of X1 and X2 is equal when the models were analyzed by using random effects.
