Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of site leadership style on the performance of employees of PT. Indograha Outsourcing Palembang. The population in this study is the number of employees of PT. Indograha Outsourcing Palembang, totaling 250 employees. This study used a stratified random sampling technique so that the sample amounted to 72. The primer obtained by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee morale at PT. Indograha Outsourcing Palembang. Suggestions that can be given from this research are leaders can apply leadership style theory in providing direction that can influence and increase employee morale at PT. Indograha Outsourcing Palembang.
