Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Pengaruh Latihan Naik Turun Bangku Terhadap Hasil Kemampuan Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok Pada Siswa Putra Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Lubuk Linggau”. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan lompat jauh. Dalam meningkatkan lompat jauh dapat diberikan latihanlatihan khusus sebelum proses pembelajaran salah satunya melalui metode Latihan naik turun bangku. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa putra kelas VII yang berjumlah 134 siswa dengan jumlah sampel 60 siswa putra. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan ordinal pearing dengan diberikan tes awal kemudian hasil pre test di ranking dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 30 untuk kelompok kontrol dan 30 untuk kelompok eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kemampuan lompat jauh dan analisa data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji t. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan data maka terdapat pengaruh, dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa “ terdapat pengaruh latihan naik turun bangku terhadap hasil kemampuan lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 LubukLinggau” dapat diterima.
