Abstract

SMA Negeri 10 Palembang is one of the senior high schools in Palembang, which has a mission to create ICT-based school management. The use of technology in managing and sharing knowledge can be an option to improve the performance of educators, by providing a source of knowledge. Currently, knowledge sharing activities have been carried out directly and through various social media platforms. However, the existing knowledge has not been well documented and is not in a special tools, it making difficult for teachers to get the knowledge needed. The purpose of this research to develop a Knowledge Sharing System (KSS) at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang by using the Design Thinking method. Designing the design of KSS using the design thinking method, then the results of the design are tested by usability testing using the SUS method, after being declared Acceptable with a final score of 86.5 then it will be implemented into a system using the waterfall development method. With the Knowledge Sharing System (KSS) it will create equal opportunities to gain the knowledge and facilitate knowledge sharing activities that could be encourage knowledge sharing behavior among fellow teachers.
