Abstract

This study discusses the problem of determining the optimal location of hospitals that have emergency unit facilities visited in the city of Palembang using the Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method on the Fuzzy Set Covering Problem (SCP). The Fuzzy SCP model with the TOPSIS method is used to solve the problem of selecting or ranking based on several criteria. Furthermore, an analysis of the results obtained from the calculation is carried out. The order of hospitals that have optimal emergency unit facilities for the people of sub-district Alang-Alang Lebar, Bukit Kecil, Gandus, Ilir Barat I, Ilir Barat II, Ilir Timur I, Ilir Timur II, Ilir Timur III, Jakabaring, Kemuning, Kertapati, and Sukarami are RSU DR AK Gani – RSU Siloam Sriwijaya – RSK Paru-Paru – RSIA Rika Amelia – RSIA Trinanda. The order of hospitals that have optimal emergency unit facilities for the people of sub-district Kalidoni are RSU DR AK Gani – RSK Paru-Paru – RSU Siloam Sriwijaya – RSIA Trinanda – RSIA Rika Amelia. The order of hospitals that have optimal emergency unit facilities for the people of sub-district Plaju, Sako, Seberang Ulu I, Seberang Ulu II are RSU DR AK Gani – RSU Siloam Sriwijaya – RSK Paru-Paru – RSIA Trinanda – RSIA Rika Amelia. The order of hospitals that have optimal emergency unit facilities for the people of sub-district Sematang Borang are RSU DR AK Gani – RSU Siloam Sriwijaya – RSIA Trinanda – RSK Paru-Paru – RSIA Rika Amelia.
