Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul tentang “Komunikasi Terapeutik Konselor Women’s Crisis Center Kota Palembang Pada Perempuan Korban Pasca Pelecehan Seksual Berbasis Online”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Komunikasi Terapeutik Konselor Women’s Crisis Center Kota Palembang Pada Perempuan Korbna Pasca Pelecehan Seksual Berbasis Online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data yang diperoleh bersumber dari wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Komunikasi Terapeutik oleh (Muhith dan Siyoto, 2018) yang dibagi menjadi 4 (empat) dimensi, yaitu Fase Prainteraksi, Fase Orientasi, Fase Kerja dan Fase Terminasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konselor Women’s Crisis Center Kota Palembang telah mengimplementasikan keempat dimensi tersebut. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja konselor women’s crisis center kota palembang pada perempuan korban pasca pelecehan seksual berbasis online telah sesuai dengan prinsip komunikasi terapeutik.
