Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Latihan Servis atas ke dinding dengan sasaran Terhadap Hasil Servis Atas Dalam Permainan Bola Voli Pada Siswa SMA Negeri 11 Palembang”. Permasalahannya apakah ada Pengaruh Latihan Servis atas ke dinding dengan sasaran Terhadap Hasil Servis Atas Dalam Permainan Bola Voli Pada Siswa SMA Negeri 11 Palembang?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan Servis atas ke dinding dengan sasaran terhadap hasil servis atas dalam permainan bola voli dan untuk menyusun program latihan secara menarik dan menyenangkan. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah siswa putra kelas XI SMA Negeri 11 Palembang yang berjumlah 126 siswa. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini 60 siswa putra dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dan di bagi dengan teknik ordinal pairing menjadi 30 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 30 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan latihan Servis alas ke dinding dengan sasaran dan kelas control tidak diberikan perlakuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes awal dan tes akhir. Statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data dalam penelitian hipotesis dengan statistik uji t, maka didapat hasil yang menunujukkan thilung= 7,91 > tiabcl = 1,771. Dengan demikian Latihan servis atas ke dinding dengan sasaran, mempunyai pengaruh terhadap hasil servis atas dalam permainan bola voli. Dianjurkan agar latihan ini digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan servis atas dalam permainan bola voli.
