Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover on Firm Value with Profitability as intervening variable whether it is direct or indirect. There are 42 companies of Mining Sector as a population in this study and 21 companies of Mining Sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as a sample selected by using purposive sampling method during the period 2012-2016. Analitical technique used in this research is path analysis. The result shows that Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover did not have a significant positive effect to Firm Value, while Debt to Equity Ratio had a significant negative effect to Firm Value. Profitability as an intervening variable mediates the influence of Current Ratio and on Total Asset Turnover, but Profitability as an intervening variable is not able to mediate the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio on Firm Value.
