Abstract

The purpose of research is :1) Describes condition of plasma palm oil plantation at Gading Raja Village subdistrict of Pedamaran Timur. 2) Compare condition of plasma palm oil plantation of Gading Raja Village district of Pedamaran Timur with criteria ISPO. 3) Formulate the steps in ISPO implementation that need to be done in plasma palm oil plantation at Gading Raja Village district of Pedamaran Timur. This research was conducted in plasma palm oil plasntation of Gading Raja village. The research was conducted in early October 2017 to the end of October 2017. The sampling method used in this reaserch in simple random sampling and take 65 samples. The research result indicate the condition palm oil plantation that belonging to environmentally friendly plantations. Technical management of palm oil plantation in the research location is in accordance with ISPO criteria with a suitability level 80,50%. The steps of implementation ISPO is to meet all six ISPO criteria that is clear legality of plantation, good plantation management, conduct environment monitoring, responsibility for the health and safety of farmers must be supplied by main company, community empowerment must be accountable to main company, as well as on going improvement of business on palm oil plantation.
