Abstract

This Study is entitled “ Communication Strategy Instructions Between Leaders and Subordinates In Improving Employee Performance in the Field of Protocol Secretariat DPRD of South Sumatra Province during the Covid -19 Pandemic . Study this aim for explore and study what is the communication strategy instructional leaders and subordinates increase performance officer in protocol area DRPD Secretariat of South Sumatra Province during the Covid19 pandemic . Communication Instructional is the delivery process information Among two people or more that changes message as communicator with understanding about issues issued and the process of distributing attitude for reach described behavior . _ _ Method used _ in study this is descriptive qualitative . Data collection techniques are interview , observation , documentation . Result of study show that Instructional strategy is approach thorough on activity work in the instructional system .
