Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran servis bawah permainan bola voli mini melalui metode praktik keseluruhan (yvhole praktce method) pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di SD Negeri 22 Lubai Muara Enim. Masalahnya adalah bagaimana hasil pembelajaran servis bawah permainan bola voli mini dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan metode keseluruhan pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 22 Lubai Muara Enim. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Upaya Peningkatan hasil pembelajaran dan metode keseluruhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 22 Lubai Muara Enim yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Data awal dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan, observasi, pengukuran (Meassurables) dan dokumentasi, tehadap data kuantitatif maupun data kulitatif. Data yang diperoleh di analisis melalui proses reduksi atau penyederhanaan data dan verifikasi yaitu, penyajian data untuk dijadikan kesimpulan. Hasil nya menunjukan bahwa penerapan metode keseluruhan (Whole Practice Method) dapat meningkatan hasil pembelajaran servis bawah permainan bola voli mini pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 22 Lubai Muara Enim yang.
