Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk in the HR departement. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires. Sources of data in this study in the form of primary data. Techniques in data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The sample used is a saturated sample. The result of this research is that job satisfaction has no significant effect on employees performance.
