Abstract
Increased business competition between shiploader shipping entrepreneurs (EMKL) currently makes the company must be disciplined in improving customer loyalty, so the company can establish good business relationships to customers. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy to maintain a relationship with customers to get maximum results and establish long-term relationships between companies and their customers. Every customer who wants to be treated is different as needed. Customer Relationship Management or customer relationship management is a business of the company to focus on improving customer relationships, done by collecting all forms of interaction with customers either via phone, email, website or CRM. CRM is a business strategy to keep a customer or a company's strategy to effectively manage relationships with customers.
