Abstract
Pulau Semambu village in Indralaya serve as education tour attraction about agriculture and animal husbandry since November 2017 and there is no customer data management. Social Customer Relationship Management (Social CRM) is applied to improve relationship with customers in providing tourist information, knowing interest and listening to criticism and customer suggestions. The system that was built using the waterfall system development method utilizes social media facebook and instagram of the Pulau Semambu tourism village. based on the analysis of information dissemination via facebook and instagram. The number of users who liked the page as much as 189 people or 11.05% based on number of reached, page followers as much as 192 people or 11.23%, while which interact with the pages as many as 114 people or 6.67%. Meanwhile the number of instagram followers as much as 709 peoples consist of 48% men and 52% woman. The result of this study are a web-based Social CRM system that supports the management of customer relations by utilizing facebook and instagram
