Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki tehnik lari 60 meter melalui metode bagian pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 206 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang berlangsung 2 siklus. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V berjumlah 30 siswa. Penelitian berlangsung dari bulan 9 Januari sampai bulanl4 Februari 2012 di SD Negeri 206 Palembang. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah observasi kelas, wawancara, catatan lapangan dan tes hasil belajar lari 60 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode bagian dapat memperbaiki tehnik lari 60 meter diperoleh data awal bahwa yaitu 17 siswa kriteria baik atau 66,6%, 8 siswa kriteri sedang atau 26,7%, kriteria 5 siswa kurang atau 16,7%. Ketuntasan :25 siswa atau 83,3%, tidak tuntas 5 siswa atau 16,7%, siklus satu diperoleh hasil terdapat 20 siswa kriteria baik atau 66,6%, kriteria sedang 5 siswa atau 16,7%, 5 siswa kriteria kurang atau 16.7%, siklus dua diperoleh hasil lari 60 meter. 27 siswa kriteria baik atau 90%, 2 siswa kriteria sedang atau 6,7%, 1 siswa kriteria kurang 3,3%. Ketuntasan siswa melakukan lari 60 meter : 29 siswa tuntas atau 96,7%, 1 siswa tidak tuntas atau 3,3%.
