Abstract

This study aims to determine students' perceptions of online learning for Civics subjects through google classroom at SMP Negeri 45 Palembang. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study used a probability sampling technique with a total of 251 students. They are determining the sample in this study using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 70 students. Data collection techniques in this study use documentation techniques and questionnaire techniques. The data's validity and reliability tests include the validity reliability tests. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be said that students' perceptions of online learning for Civics subjects through Google Classroom at SMP Negeri 45 Palembang are students' view positively on online learning of Civics subjects through Google Class. This is evidenced by the students being on the positive percentage criteria, namely obtaining an average student perception with a total score of 221 (79%), which means more than the interpretation of the percentage score of 62.5%
