Abstract

APT Pranoto Samarinda Airport is located in East Kalirnantan Province, precisely on Jalan Samarinda-Bontang, Sungai Siring District, North Sarnarinda, Sarnarinda City. Then there is the formulation of the problem, namely whether inpatient parking services are needed by users of transportation services at APT Pranoto Airport, Samarinda, East Kalimantan Province. What are the characteristics of parking service users at APT Pranoto Airport, Sarnarinda, East Kalirnantan Province. How much is the value of the ability and willingness to pay for parking service users at APT Pranoto Samarinda Airport, East Kalimantan based on an analysis using the Ability To Pay and Willingness To Pay methods. What is the cost of the overnight parking fee that should be proposed to the parking manager of APT Pranoto Samarinda Airport, East Kalirnantan Province, based on the Ability To Pay and Willingness To Pay analysis methods. TI1e purpose of this research is to analyze the responses of users of parking services regarding the need or not the need for inpatient parking, services at APT Pranoto Airport, Samarinda, East Kalirnantan Province. Analyzing the characteristics of the population and social-economics of users of parking services at APT Pranoto Airport, Samarinda, East Kalimantan Province. Analyzing the value of the ability and willingness to pay for parking service users at APT Pranoto Airport Samarinda, East Kalimantan Province with the Ability To Pay and Willingness To Pay methods. Analyzing the cost of the tariff that should be proposed to the parking manager of APT Pranoto Samarinda Airport, East Kalimantan based on an analysis using the Ability To Pay and Willingness To Pay methods. This reference material can be found in books, journals research report articles and websites on the Internet. The output of this literature study is a reference conclusion related to the formulation of the problem. The goal is to strengthen the problems and theoretical basis of the research and become the basis for analyzing Ability To Pay and Willingness To Pay at APT Pranoto Airport, Samarinda, East Kalirnantan Province.
