Abstract

Melamin berpotensi menghasilkan monomer beracun berupa formaldehid yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan manusia. Maka dari itu dirancanglah sebuah alat ukur untuk mendeteksi nilai konsentrasi dari melamin. Alat ukur yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini berbasis Mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266. Prinsipnya alat ukur ini mengukur nilai tegangan pada kedua elektroda yang terjadi akibat adanya perpindahan ion. Ion yang terdapat pada larutan uji akan berpindah pada larutan internal dan mengisi ronga-rongga pada membran Molecularly Imprinted Polymer (MIP) Nano Melamin. Kemudian tegangan yang terukur oleh ADS1115 akan dikonversikan menjadi konsentrasi oleh program dan ditampilkan pada spreadsheet dan OLED. Selain pengukur tegangan ADS1115 alat ukur ini juga dilengkapi dengan sensor suhu DS18B20. Alat ukur yang dirancang ini memiliki hasil range pengukuran 1-10 ppm dengan ketelitian 10-5. Nilai rata-rata recovery sebesar 98.95%, RSD sebesar 2.43930%, dan error sebesar 1.12923%. Suhu mempengaruhi nilai hasil pengukuran tegangan. Pada suhu 80°C memiliki nilai rata-rata hasil pengukuran tertinggi sebesar 0.83656 V.
