Abstract

This research was motivated by a lack of internet cafe supervision based on Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2003 concerning Operational Arrangement of Entertainment, in IlirTimur I Subdistrict, Palembang City, because there were 3 internet cafes in IlirTimur I Subdistrict which were still violating the operational hours of internet cafe games online. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Evaluation of Operational Settings for Internet Cafes Games online runs based on Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2003. This study uses qualitative with descriptive techniques. Data collection techniques include interviews and documentation. This study uses the CIPP theory of Daniel L. Stuffleabeam which has 4 dimensions namely Context, Input, Process, Product. There are 3 Dimensions that have not followed the Regional Regulations well, namely theDimensionsContextIndicatorthat are not fulfilled Environment: local people are disturbed by the existence ofinternetonlinegames and parental anxiety due to underage children playingWarnetonlinegames, dimension Input Indicators Rules: internet cafe entrepreneurs not yet following Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2003 Article 9 Prohibition, Article 15 administrative sanctions, article 17 of the criminal provisions, supervision is not tight which makes owners Buddhism does not fear the Regional Regulation on article 17 and Dimensional Process indicators When(When):Figuring that still violate hour Operational set by Regional Regulations in Article 11. Results of the Research, that the ImplementationWarnetonline games of thisin terms of supervision, and Regional Regulations has not been implemented. Because there are still 3 internet cafes that have not been given criminal and administrative sanctions according to Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2003 Article 15 and Article 17. Conclusions in this study are that supervision is not strict,andinternetonlinegames are not compliant with regional regulations. The suggestion of this research must be followed up on efforts to preventinternet cafe onlinegames that are still violating the operational hours rules, must provide more strict and strict sanctions / crimes, so that the public can be calm and the cafe owners can implement the regional regulations properly.
