Abstract

This thesis discusses the Impact of Receiving Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) for MSMEs in 2020 during the Pandemic In Talang Betutu Village. The concept used in this study is the concept of Impact. The purpose of this study is to determine the social and economic impacts caused by the acceptance of MSME BLT that appeared during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the impact caused by the receipt of MSME BLT in 2020 is very influential for the survival of the community, especially in Talang Betutu Village and is also very influential for people who receive MSME assistance because before the emergence of the pandemic, the income obtained was very large so that it could meet the needs of their families.
