Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of financial compensation to the performance of the employees in PT. Bintang Mulia Jaya Palembang. The population in this research are 41 respondents from all employees of PT. Bintang Mulia Jaya Palembang. by census method . The technique used to collect data is questionnaire technique by giving the questionaires to the respondents and the analyses technique used is simple regression analysis. The result showed that the financial compensation has a significant effect to the PT. Bintang Mulia Jaya employees.
