Abstract

This study discusses the effect of Liquidity, Efficiency, and Revenue Sharing on the Profitability of Islamic Banks in the ASEAN region for the period 2014-to 2019. This research data uses panel data, namely a combination of time and individuals with a sample of 10 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia and Malaysia using a sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique in this study uses a panel data regression tool with the results of the study (1) that the variables of Liquidity Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Net Operating Margin (NOM) have a negative and insignificant effect on Return On Equity (ROE). (2) Efficiency variable in this case Operational Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO) has a positive and significant effect on Probability with the Return On Equity (ROE) variable. (3) Simultaneous test shows the F statistic value of 11.43694 > (greater) than the F Count of 2.08 indicating that the independent variables in the model have a joint influence on the dependent variable.
